The dining room was phase 2 (of 3 and 1/2). We removed the original screen porch, keeping its roof and slab floor. Since we wanted a bay window in the center of the room, we moved the door to the side; something that required a nice wrap-around deck (of course).

We've been done with the dining room for some time, I'm embarrassed to  say that I don't have a great "finished" picture!

You can always fine more pics here on Flickr.

The master bath was phase 3 (of 3 and 1/2) and its now (mostly) done. We chopped off about 1/4 of the orignal attic-come-2nd floor. We already had some plumbing from the existing half bath which we used to feed a new shower and his and her vanities. At this point in the we were pretty over-the-top... the counter tops are actually an exotica African hardwood called bobinga and the shower and floors are a form of slate.

The bedroom before we carved out the bath
The framing of the bathroom and TV nook
 Drywall up
Plumbing in the shower

whats was left of the orignal 1/2 bath
 durock in the shower
 delicate tile work
shower tile almost done
 Nick's vanit...  ...gets a sink
Door to water closet (old 1/2 bath) and sitting area Finished shower
