Especially the &quot;just because you built it doesn&#039;t mean they will come.&quot; Truly engaging with your audience and building relationships takes time and unfortunately time is not something that communicators usually have in abundance.  Would love to hear how hospitals with limited staffing/resources are optimizing their time to make the most out of the opportunities social media offers.</description>
