Any idea where Osada is these days? For the past year he's been working at Wabi Sabi in Venice, CA, but I went in there recently and they told me he's no longer there (and wouldn't tell me where he went). I was heartbroken. Best sushi chef ever! Any idea how to track him down?

Sadly I lost touch with him after he moved to CA. I have family who may actually have an email address for him – I'll check!
He really is the best sushi chef that I've ever encountered – damn good skier too!
